- The same page states AMarkets LLC is registered in the Cook Islands under number LLC14486/2023 and AMarkets LTD under number 22567 BC 2015 in St Vincent and the Grenadines; neither registry supervises forex trading.
- AMarkets' company history page states the business was established in October 2007 under the brand name Adrenalin Forex.
