- The broker's website (dooprime.com) presents the brand as 'D Prime' and its footer names D Prime Vanuatu Limited, regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission under company number 700238; the Doo Group offshore CFDs arm rebranded from Doo Prime to D Prime in 2025 (checked 21 August 2026).
- Companies House records that Doo Clearing Limited, the Doo Group's UK entity, was renamed RKX Financial UK Limited on 6 January 2026; the FCA register lists RKX Financial UK Limited under firm reference number 833414 and the brand operates at rkxfinancial.co.uk (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10684079).
- Doo Prime Seychelles Limited no longer appears on the FSA Seychelles capital-markets register page (https://fsaseychelles.sc/regulated-entities/capital-markets, checked 21 August 2026).
- The FCA, ASIC and SEC/FINRA registrations belong to sibling Doo Group companies (Doo Clearing, Doo Financial Australia, Elish & Elish Inc.), not to the Doo Prime retail entity.
- Doo Prime's website warns US visitors that services are not provided in their jurisdiction and that use is governed by the laws of Vanuatu.
