INFINOX
We opened the file on INFINOX the way we open every file: register first, marketing never. Trading since 2009, run out of The Catalyst Building, 40 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius, and carrying 3 licence entries on the public record, 1 of them tier-1.
What the two desk scores say
Both are out of 10 and both are computed, not felt.
| Cost score | Priced off the spread basis below, not off a headline rate card. | not verified |
|---|---|---|
| Safety score | Weighted on licence tier and on how many of the entries we could re-read at source. | not verified |
| Cost per 10 lots | Ten round-turn EUR/USD lots priced at the spread basis, commission excluded. | $not verified |
Spread basis. . Nothing on this page is a live quote; a spread printed on a Tuesday afternoon is not the spread you get thirty seconds after a non-farm payroll release.
Licence entries, one row per entity
Every row links to the document we read it from.
| Regulator | Licence no. | Jurisdiction | Tier | Licensed entity | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FCA | 501057 | United Kingdom | T1 | INFINOX Capital Limited | fca.org.uk |
| CMA (UAE) | 20200000379 | United Arab Emirates | T3 | Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C | infinox.com |
| FSC Mauritius | GB20025832 | Mauritius | T3 | INFINOX Limited | infinox.com |
Which entity actually holds your money is decided at signup, by the country on your application — not by the strongest licence in this table. Read the client agreement you are handed, then match the entity name against the row above.
What we were able to confirm
Confirmed at source
- INFINOX Limited is 'authorised and regulated as an Investment Dealer by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under License Number GB20025832' (broker legal documents page).
- The broker's site warns that INFINOX Global Limited (company number A000001246, Anguilla) is 'an unregulated entity' and that registering with it means losing protections afforded under a regulated entity.
- On 29 January 2025 the FCA announced a £99,200 fine on Infinox Capital Limited for failing to submit 46,053 single-stock CFD transaction reports under MiFIR — the FCA's first fine for such failures.
- The FCA publishes a clone warning for 'Infinox Capital Ltd' impersonating the FCA-authorised firm of the same name (FRN 501057, 20 Birchin Court, London).
- Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C (Dubai) is described by the broker as a marketing and introducing entity licensed by the UAE Capital Market Authority under Category 5 licence 20200000379.
Not verified
The following could not be traced to a primary source at the time of filing. We publish the gap rather than a number that would look tidier:
- Bahamas SCB licence number for IX Capital Group Limited not verifiable from primary sources — directories conflict (SIA F-187 vs SIA F-188)
- spreadEurusd not verified
- platforms not verified from current own pages
- segregatedFunds not verified from legal text
- instruments not verified from own pages (site states '900+ instruments' without a list)
- group HQ ambiguity — the global site operates under the Mauritius entity while the UK entity sits at 20 Birchin Court, London per the FCA page

Other records open on the desk
CFDs are complex instruments with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A desk file is a record of what the public register said on the day we read it, not a recommendation to open an account.
